Serendipity for the Win!
Autumn is a wonderful time to ride a motorbike. The dry weather, coupled with cooler temperatures, means you can layer up and enjoy the ride.
On Saturday, I'd left home in warm, dry conditions and arrived at the family gathering feeling warm and happy.
However, I'd made a basic error. I'd forgotten that temperatures can drop suddenly, so I'd set off wearing my summer gloves.
The journey home was fine, until the sun began to drop, taking the temperature with it.
My fingers became really cold!
Mind you, if I hadn't made that mistake, I wouldn't have stopped in Wells for a cuppa and a warm-up in Greggs. And I wouldn't have shot that pack of i-Type film.
So, serendipity for the win!
